Hélène WalterHélène Walter has been practicing mindfulness for over fifteen years. Convinced of its benefits, seen on her and those around her, she was delighted to learn a few years ago that children could now also benefit from this "gift". Her son, a shy and dreamy little boy, "slow at school" is today an independent and accomplished high school student.
Hélène is a certified mindfulness instructor to teach children and teenagers. She completed her training in the United States with the renown organization Mindful Schools. Before teaching the tools of mindfulness, Hélène directed Tama Production for more than 10 years, specializing in the production of commercial and institutional films for large groups. Sensitive to personal issues related to the corporate world, Hélène values well-being as one of the most essential resources. With the strong desire to bring awareness around the benefits off mindfulness for children, she was inspired and invited her husband director to co-create the documentary May I Be Happy, to be released in France Oct 30 as Happy, la Méditation à l'Ecole.
