My service
I offer mindfulness sessions in the form of discovery session, workshops or during a program. They take place during office hours or during the lunch break, in groups or one on one, directly in your company. Each session includes a theoretical part with each time a new theme: stress, emotions, thoughts ... and a practical part with one or more guided meditations and small observation exercises. I make guided meditations accessible from a phone application to be able to practice easily on your own from anywhere. My sessions are tailored, I adapt to your needs and those of your employees. I will be happy to visit you and talk about it! |
The issue
More and more people are under increasing stress, whether in professional or personal life. Many find it difficult to manage their multiple obligations, and fail to find a good work-life balance.
One the causes of this tree is the inability to tame the mind, which produces tens of thousands of thoughts a day, most of them being negative (fear, anxiety, anger, etc.).
Mindfulness techniques of managing thoughts and emotions, which benefits have been demonstrated today by hundreds of scientific studies, are not yet taught in school, university or the workplace.

On our territory, Hélène Walter gives us the keys to reconnect with ourselves.
Flight attendant for more than 13 years then co-founder of the audiovisual communication company Tama Production she created with her husband Éric in 2007, Hélène trained in mindfulness meditation in the United States in 2015. A turn as an evidence for the one who dreamed at the time to teach children and adolescents. "A practitioner of yoga and meditation, I realized that I practiced mindfulness in my everyday life before I even put a name to it. It was so good for me that I was surprised not to see mindfulness taught at an early age, until I discovered a video in an American school. The imaginary becomes possible, Hélène gets trained across the Atlantic but on her return to France, she finds in spite of herself, that the country is not ready, even less in schools where the rigid education system leaves little room for new methods, and she is convinced of this: "one should learn to meditate as one learns to read and write. To raise awareness on the subject, she co-directed the documentary Happy, Meditation at School, which will be released in theaters in France in the fall.
